How we work with the Buyer of used equipment
  • To accelerate results, it is best to communicate with us, with the following question in mind:
    • What product do I wish to produce?

    • Do I know the production capacity needed?

    • Do I want recent or good older material?

    • Do I prefer certain brand names for this equipment?

    • How urgent is my project?

    • What is my approximate budget?

  • When the needs of the buyer are clearly identified, D.I.T. sends multiple quotations of the best values for the money.

  • The buyer will most of the time benefit from the knowledge on this specific equipment by D.I.T. ‘s personnel and/or partners (prior visits, appraisal, history of the equipment and sometimes purely a good degree of trust earned with time between D.I.T. and the different sellers).

  • When the buyer decides to visit the equipment, he will have saved a lot of expensive and timely travel by having D.I.T. make prior selections.

  • He will also benefit from our contractor list to dismantle and even to reinstall the used equipment.

  • He will get the best transport and insurance rates from D.I.T.’s administrative personnel.

  • Terms of payment are as follow: Bank transfer prior to dismantling or shipping.  The buyer will also be guided on letters of credit, if needed.

  • All transport, brokerage and paperwork can be handled by D.I.T.
