DESCRIPTION
Split retaining wall blocks are fed on each side of an impact station. They are clamped
in position, and then impacted mainly on the edges to wear out the product in order to
replicate a tumbled look on the front face. This technique also preserves all other block
faces and minimizes rejects. This process is usually done "in-line" after a 24 hour
curing.
