DESCRIPTION
Automatic cubing system for multi-length tumbled rectangular and square pavers.
Squidly Plus is a revolutionary high-capacity fully automatic paver recubing system. It utilizes the synergy between two principles of aligning rectangular pavers on their longest edge along rotating tables. Once aligned, the pavers leave the table on a narrow conveyor to be then sorted by size to make a pattern. Finally, they are recubed on our proven down stacking cuber.
Turn tables:
Top: 11 feet diameter with adjustable rings for different pavers widths.
Bottom: 12 feet diameter driven slower and independently.
Bi-Directional paver pusher wheels:
3 feet diameter aluminium wheel with 15 inches wide bar pushers.
Servo motor driven.
Paver layer turntable:
6 feet diameter.
Downstacking cuber:
Complete with pallet magazine and exit cube conveyor.
Incorporates a paver stabilization top deadweight plate to prevent
any pavers from sticking out in a layer.
Cycle time: 13 seconds.
Quality control and round table feed conveyor:
30 inches wide by 15 feet in length.
Variable speed.
