PROCEDURE FOR SELLING YOUR USED EQUIPMENT TO D.I.T.

No fees, as we buy and resell! No exclusivity!

• The seller sends to D.I.T. a details description of the equipment he wishes to sell including: Manufacturer, model, year of manufacture, condition, location, whether the equipment is installed or not, pricing (dismantled and loaded or still installed), pictures and videos.
• After discussing the market value of the seller's used equipment, we agree on a buying price net of all commissions. We will then add our commission on top of our buying price and quote the equipment to our network of worldwide customers.
• Once a buyer is interested in the equipment, we have the seller sign a simple one-page agreement that will prevent a direct sale to that particular customer for a period of time, usually 24 months. The seller may sell directly to any customers not listed in the agreement or list with any other brokers. We simply ask to put the formula price upon request if they choose to do so.
• A transaction deposit is given by D.I.T. to the seller to secure the deal and the balance will be paid prior to picking up or dismantling the equipment.

Plant and/or machines from Besser, Columbia, Fleming and European machines, unit like OMAG, Schlosser, Henke, MASA, Rekers etc. Plant components like cubers, splitters, mixers, color systems, batching plants including aggregate bins and silos.

Batching Plant

Fixed or portable, including aggregate bins, scales, silos for cement and fly ash.

Mixer

Mixers of all type; pan type, ribbon type, tilting for both precast and ready mix premix plant.

Concrete Product Surface Treatment

Including tumblers for aging paving stone, splitters for retaining wall, concrete brick and architectural blocks, shot blasters, grinders, bushammers.

Roof Tiles

Roof tile plant and/or machines and equipment.

Pipes

Pipe machines and equipment.

Slabs

Slab machines including. Ex: Fielding, Henke, Fleming, Häge, Oshem, Rino, etc.
