Below is the procedure for selling your used equipment to D.I.T. Equipment.

We operate on a buy-and-resell basis, meaning there are no fees or exclusivity requirements.

Initial Information
To begin, please provide a detailed description of the equipment, including the manufacturer, model, year of manufacture, condition, and location. Please specify if the unit is currently installed and provide pricing (either dismantled and loaded or still installed). Additionally, please include photos, videos, and any relevant media such as plant layouts or brochures.

Valuation and Listing
After discussing the market value, we will agree on a net purchase price. We will then market the equipment to our global network of customers.

Non-Circumvention Agreement
Once a buyer shows interest, we ask that you sign a simple one-page agreement. This prevents a direct sale to that specific customer for a set period, typically 24 months. You remain free to sell to any customers not listed in the agreement or work with other brokers. We only ask that you do not publish pricing elsewhere; please list it as "Price upon request."

Sale and Payment
When final pricing is agreed upon and the buyer is ready to proceed, you will sell the equipment directly to D.I.T. Equipment. Full payment is made to the seller prior to any dismantling or pick-up. You will deal directly with us, removing the need to manage the end customer.
